Reciprocal links directory added

The main directory will not be supported through exchanges. However this gives all webmasters a place to add a link to their site. The directory will be automated once proven to be reliable & accurate. Until then all submissions will be reviewed and approved (or rejected). Too much automation could lead to lower quality sites being accepted and we intend to maintain high quality standards. We will be setting up top level categories first then adding subcategories as needed. Feel free to contact us if you would like to suggest categories or would like to contibute. We need editors with experience selecting sites for inclusion. We also need help with programming and web design.
